Fire/EMS/Homeland Security Conventional
American Medical Response (AMR) is the EMS service for the St. Vincent's Health System, and the Primary EMS agency for NASCAR, and is dis[atched on the ERS-OCI TRBOconnect TRS.
Seals Ambulance is dispatched on the ERS-OCI TRBOconnect TRS, and on the SAFE-T TRS by Johnson County, where they are the contracted EMS Primary Responders.
Midwest Ambulance Service is dispatched on the ERS TRS.

Municipalities Conventional
The Indianapolis Marion County Building Authority is building a new linked NXDN system, with repeaters at the City County Building, the Keystone Avenue Facility, the Juvenile Detention Center, and the Criminal Justice Center. The traffic on the currently operating repeaters seems to be maintenance centric. It's possibly other entities may be added to the network eventually. Any additional monitoring of this new system would be helpful.
