As of 11/2010 Parkersburg PD are using their VHF dispatch frequency listed below, in analog mode.    However, there are reports that they may go back to using P25 digital.    For now, they can be heard analog.    It is reported that they have switched back to VHF because of bad portable coverage on 800 Mhz as well as system loading.
