2/09 - FCC Modification to WPV470.  Adding 3 UHF Repeaters at the same location as VHF FB8s in Compton/Lee Co.  3 FX1s are located at 1/4 m s of Peart? & IL-72 in Kirkland (DeKalb)
--Added repeaters: 452.25, 461.7875, 464.6875  (11K voice; FX1s say Digital on license)
