System Notes
There may or may not be more frequencies assigned to this trunked system. And it has yet to be determined which flavor of Tier 3 nonStandard this is. It may be Motorola Capacity Max but also may be some other T3 nonStandard flavor. Thus for now it has been added as Tier III NonStandard.
