These venues are owned by the City of Aurora and operated by the Paramount Arts Centre:  River Edge Park and Stolp Island Theatre.  The city owns the land and buildings.

These venues are owned by the Aurora Civic Center Authority and operated by the Paramount Arts Centre:  Paramount Theatre, Copley Theatre, Paramount School of the Arts, Meyer Ballroom and North Island Center.  The authority owns the land and buildings.

The Paramount Arts Centre is a non-for-profit organization that operates all the venues listed above for both the city and the authority.

The authority holds the license for these frequencies and allows the centre to use them.  These frequencies are used everywhere across the venues and usage can change depending on what is going on.
