As of 09/08/2025, the Kaiser Aluminum Warrick NXDN system was upgraded and expanded to serve the entire Kaiser Aluminum Warrick facility (Alcoa Warrick Operations, while sitting in the same overall complex, operates their own separate NXDN system and no longer shares any communications resources with Kaiser Aluminum with the full decommissioning of the old LTR system). As installed and in current use, this is a single site, 8ch system (with ability to have up to 16ch), serving all daily operational needs of the facility in addition to the operations of the internal emergency services team. Site operates with a dedicated control channel at all times, however the control channel 'rolls over' every 24H.

Failsoft will operate as a single channel NXDN repeater until trunking communications between the repeaters is restored.
