This system is used by the City of Orangeburg Department of Public Safety and the Department of Public Utilities. There are three different tower sites, with DPS and DPU using different sets of frequencies at each site. LCNs are unconfirmed. Being a LTR Passport system, this system cannot be properly monitored by consumer scanners, even those that support LTR scanning. Monitor this system in conventional mode.
