This is the new Project 25, Phase II TRS located at the U.S. Department of Energy's Oak Ridge NNSA facilities. The system is currently being rolled out, and so far most communications are using Phase II modulation. This TRS has replaced the older Motorola Legacy trunking systems at this location.
