The OSBI main office is in Oklahoma City, but there are also bureau offices in Woodward, Tulsa, McAlester, Antlers and Lawton.

The OSBI has had repeaters on 154.665 MHz in:
- Garfield County near Enid
- Murray County near Davis on the Arbuckle Mountains
- Okahoma County on KFOR's Televison Tower
- Pittsburg County near the MacAlester Prison
- Pushmataha County on a Forestry tower near Sobol
- Tulsa County on a televsion tower near Coweta
However, the license for these repeaters has been terminated, so they may no longer be in service.
The license for simplex use is still valid.
