SIRCOMM has six simulcast transmit locations located throughout the Magic Valley. These sites allow for the total simultaneous voice radio coverage of the four county region. Agencies served by SIRCOMM are able to communicate outside of the area by the computer controlled radio system.

Four of these six sites are located in very remote areas of our region and require computer link monitoring for maintenance of their proper operation. This monitoring system allows for the constant viewing of all sensors located at these sites to monitor internal climate control as well as security status.

Additionally, the design of this system allows for the manual patching of units from outside jurisdictions to communicate with our agencies without the need for additional radio equipment.
