ADEM Northeast Region includes the following counties: Fulton, Sharp, Randolph, Clay, Izard, Lawrence, Greene, Independence, Jackson, Craighead, Poinsett, Mississippi, Woodruff, Cross, Critenden, St. Francis, and Lee.  

The regional interoperability talkgroups in AWIN radios can be accessed for temporary use by user agencies without contacting ADEM.  User agencies are expected to follow AWIN policies and protocols while using the talkgroups for a limited time and not to rely on them for day-to-day operations.  The assigned functions noted are for Storm Plan operations during turbulent weather.
