Metra runs commuter trains on several lines. They own the Milwaukee North and West Districts, Metra Electric, Rock Island and SW Service lines. Trains operate on other railroad's tracks, including the UP-N, UP-NW and UP-W, BNSF, Heritage (CN) Corridor and North Central (CN) lines.
