Med 9 - Also used to Dispatch UT Lifestar and Lifeforce Air Med.
American Medical Response (AMR) has replaced Rural/Metro EMS. They dispatch ALS at all times, and BLS at night on the ALS channel. BLS trucks are dispatched during the day on the BLS channel. The MCI channel has been noted in use during UT football games. (updated 01/28/2019)
Med 52 is apparently for hospitals outside Knox County and are not used within the county. If anyone can identify which out-of-county hospital(s) these are for please submit a correction to the database.
Med 62 is used for EMS to Hospital communications for Methodist Medical Center (MMC), in Oak Ridge (Anderson County).
