Jersey Coastal ALERT Emergency Services (JCAES)

JCAES is a Nonprofit 501-(c) 3 Tax Exempt Corporation as a non-public safety, community service, communications service organization, and response team providing "on-scene" emergency communications, weather monitoring, weather alerting and SAR (search and rescue), especially for relief efforts (during natural and manmade disasters) and at public service events. Consisting of members who are current and former professional First Responders and Civilian personnel from Federal, State County and Municipal level Public Safety agencies along with members from the private sector. Primary communication tools are Commercial Land Mobile Radio, GMRS, Amateur Radio and CB radio Ch. 9. All are NIMS (National Incident Management System) compliant and certified as well as licensed by the FCC (Land Mobile, GMRS and Amateur Radio (HAM).
