Skywarn -- Amateur Radio Severe Weather Spotters

147.060MHz is the South Canadian Amateur Radio Society (SCARS) club repeater. Normally, a PL tone is required to use the repeater, however, during severe weather operations, the repeater is CSQ. 146.880MHz is the OU Amateur Radio Club repeater. It is used if the SCARS repeater fails. 145.410MHz is part of the Skywarn Radio Network It is not intended to collect individual spotter reports, but rather to serve as a collection point where local spotter networks can relay information to The National Weather Service in Norman (WX5OUN).
