Air Methods has two "AirLife" helos in Illinois. AirLife 1 is based at Carle Hospital in Urbana, and AirLife 2 is based in Olney. Unknown what either helo uses for comms in their normal response area, but AirLife 1 was heard using Air Methods' Bradley, IL repeater when they were inbound to Loyola Medical Center in Maywood (Chicago suburb).

LifeNet McHenry
4/20 - Flight For Life based in McHenry County has been purchased by Air Methods and is now called LifeNet McHenry. The helicopter will continue to be based at Northwestern Medicine McHenry Hospital in McHenry.
The LifeNet McHenry aeromedical helicopter identifies as "LifeNet 3-1" when communicating with hospital, landing zones, etc.
Still some use on 451.8 136.5 PL - McHenry base/helo simplex, WQIE652. Used before they started using their current SC21 talkgroup.
