2 problems: the scanners are powered off as the previous posted mentions and it needs serious wire management!

BCD996P2 seems to be scanning slower than when I first set it up
I'd have to agree with Whiskey3JMC and tvengr about the squelch setting.
If you have it set to low, lower than 2, you might notice a slo
