how long does it usually take to get a feed approved?
If you provide enough details in your application it should be approved within a day. My last approval was less than 24 hours.

best Windows OS for feed
The software is lightweight so anything should be fine. I would go with 10 so you have the newest OS and Microsoft will provide updates for the longes
