I too have monitored the 'channels' previously designated as Salina, being used with sign on/sign off of both Salina and Topeka, at one time or another.
Just when I thought I had mislabeled the 'channel', it was once again used as what I originally labeled it as.
Oddly enough, this only seems to happen with Saline & Topeka, but not Wichita 'channels'.
