Most users of this system have migrated to the High Desert simulcast system (San Bernardino County 01) due to its expanded simulcast coverage. This system is no longer linked to any police, sheriff, or fire dispatch center. Talkgroups on this system are rarely used. The only confirmed active talkgroup is 2-Barstow Community Hospital. Other talkgroups may be used as standalone tactical channels as needed.
