In order to keep up with the constant changes on this system, we need your help in determining which talkgroups have permanently switched to their new IDs, which are still patched between New and Old IDs, and which seem to be permanently residing on the old talkgroup IDs. A big thanks to everyone who has been helping out so far!
PSTA Talkgroups:
Channel E is used by bus drivers. Drivers have the ability to place the talk group into emergency status by hitting a special hidden foot pedal on their bus in case they have an immediate emergency. Then a dispatcher will call the driver on Ch E to find out what's wrong. Help can be sent via the Automatic Vehicle Locator (AVL) system. Consequently, these are false alarms on Ch E all day long.
