  • All channels must use CTCSS 156.7 in FM mode.
  • NIFOG channel VMED28 is designated for Ground-to-Air communications with EMS helicopters and other aircraft that may be assigned to an incident or event.
  • NIFOG channel VTAC17/D operations are not permitted in Texas.
