This division covers CSX activity  across southern PA from the Philadelphia area west to the Pittsburgh area. The Keystone, Mon, New Castle Terminal, P&W, Pittsburgh, and S&C Subs are located throughout SW PA from the Bedford County area west to Ohio.

The Philadelphia Sub covers lines south of CP-Nice in Philadelphia to the DE/PA Line.

The Trenton Sub covers lines north of CP-Nice in Philadelphia to the PA/NJ Line.

The Baltimore Division is responsible for CSX rail lines across southern Pennsylvania.  The Lurgan and Hanover Subs are located in the York/Gettysburg/Chambersburg areas.

 This division covers CSX activity west of the Pittsburgh area and also in the Erie area.

The Harrisburg Terminal Dispatcher controls the following routes: Buffalo Line (Dauphin-Rockville), Harrisburg Line (Harrisburg-Hummelstown), Lurgan Branch (Shippensburg-Harrisburg), Pittsburgh Line (Duncannon-Harrisburg), Port Road Branch (Marysville-New Cumberland), Royalton Branch (Harrisburg-Royalton). The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority serves Philadelphia and surrounding counties with multimodal passenger service. Bus and trolley operations use the SEPTA 500MHz trunked system. The Railroad Division uses standard AAR channels. Trains operating on Amtrak territory use Amtrak Road frequencies. The SEPTA VHF repeaters use PL on TX ONLY.

 The Allentown and Auburn is a shortline operating on trackage owned by the Kutztown Transportation Authority in Berks County.

CNYK operates through Pennsylvania across the leased NS Southern Tier Line between Port Jervis, NY and Binghamton, NY. Sister company New York, Susquehanna, & Western Railway has trackage rights over this route.

Jointly operated subsidiary of CSX and NS. Conrail controls tracks in three terminal areas: North Jersey, South Jersey/Philadelphia, and Detroit, MI. In the Philadelphia area, Conrail controls the Morrisville Yard, Delair Branch, Chester Secondary as well as additional lines in South Jersey.

Cumberland Mine RR is an isolated rail line, unconnected to the larger US rail network, that runs coal trains from a mining operation near Kirby, PA to a barge operation along the Monongahela River near Girards Fort, PA.

This line starts at Wabtec (Former GE) in Lawrence Park Twp. and dead ends near the intersection of PA 955 and US 20 in Harborcreek Twp. This line is used for testing by Wabtec.

Operates several disconnected shortline routes in eastern PA including the counties of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.

Industrial RR (UCIR). Any channel may be used by the various railroads, although they typically use the channels as noted below.

 This shortline provides freight service to customers along SEPTA owned trackage in and around Lansdale, PA.
