The Enchanted Circle Regional Fire & EMS Association is a mutual aid agreement between several agencies located along State Highways 64, 522, and 38. 

The agencies consist of: Angel Fire FD/EMS, Amalia-Ventero FD, Cerro FD, Costilla FD, Dixon FD, Eagle Nest FD/EMS, Holy Cross Hospital, Hondo Seco FD, La Lama FD, Latir FD, Moreno Valley FD, Ojo Caliente FD, Penasco FD, Questa FD, Red River FD, Rio Fernando FD, Taos County FD/EMS, Taos Ski Valley EMS, Tres Piedras FD, Wheeler Peak FD
