Was running Unitrunker tonight and on the Philippi and Clarksburg towers there were some peers I've never seen before. Anyone seen these?

I was running my Pro-106 on Unitrunker this afternoon and on the Elkins tower, one of the peers that came up was site number 001-040. Control channel

KGWVU, if you're interested in Harrison Fire you can probably pick it up on 159.19500 analog. I hear it when I am mobile in the Elkins area.

Anything helpful for a guy without a digital scanner in the Shinnston area?
I believe that Bridgeport PD is still simulacast on 155.685. Also, Harrison County Fire is broadcast on 159.19500 most of the time.
