Update, on the BCD396, I adjusted the "Set C-CH Only" from ON to OFF, and I now have both old and rebanded systems from site-1 working.

Yesterday, I was able to see the cc data for site-1 on 853.9625, and it worked for both groups of site-1 frequencies, but today, I'm not able to find
