Aluminum welding rods,LOTS of stainless hardware,lots of work.Even the mount was homemade.Can you tell I'm proud??

Love it! I built this one a few years ago.Aircraft( Mil air/civilian Air) is superb! This thing took a lot of time to build!! but it's my favorite!

Antenna Question
Yes.it works.It will work better,if you have the room,in the attic,to turn it vertical.It will be directional,but works a lot better that way.
