I just found another store using 467.8500, with a tone of 100.0 Hz.

Make that two stores. 91st & Olive Aves, as well as 107th and Grand Aves.

Yes, they actually existed.
That particular model was a Biophone 3502 telemetry radio. It operated in the UHF Medical band (462.950-463.175, + 5MHz.)
