800meg elements at the wing nut area need to be folded to point up and down from where they are, look at pics in other posts to see .

I am surprized that no talk of a fm trap was mentioned in this thread . I have used this antenna for years but when 1st installed it had poor results

This has the sound like a control freq but I cant seem to get it too work with wildcard on my 197 .
