BC 100XLT tuning capabilities
If it is displaying 451.837 then it did accept 451.8375, it did not show the last due to limitations of the display. My ole 210XLT does the same thing

True Some Wash Co FD towers are narrow but not all, example Barlow and Beverly 453.700 & 453.825. Even with the ones that are your scanner should tune
