Its L/O once for temporary - Comes back when restarting the radio and L/O twice quickly to do it permanent
No FUNC needed

Did you enable the service Search ? Search with Scan?
press Menu button on the side. Scroll to Search for press E/yes.

Per your video though it is showing Tulsa trunked system and the database says Tulsa uses the OKWIN digital system. The 2055 is not a digital radio.
