Can someone please review my XTS3000 Codeplug??
If you want that particular channel to be able to do talkaround then leave the check mark and yes set the switch like you show in your screen shot.

XTS 5000 problem will not turn on
Stunned is when the system administrator of radio system the radio was programmed for sends out a command to your radio and pretty much bricks it.

I agree, sounds like its been stunned. What were you listening to when it happened or did it happen right when you turned the radio on?
