Internet Comes in Via ISP then it goes to the Cisco Firewall / Access Router

what i am referring to is i am giving "RadioFeed" priority over other applications on the system that means it get the bandwidth and everything first

Well Bob here is what i have done, since i have a Web Hosting Company and ability to shape the packets
and prioritize them i did just that i have now

Then it might be an Isolated issue but pawning it off as nothing is wrong is bad as a Developer.
