I have seen the delay in all the various players that I have tried. I have also noticed that the shortest delay is in the iTunes app.
The delay in audio is normal and a side effect of the technology and has nothing to do with Uniden, RR, or the software manufacturer.

This will primarily serve the areas of south Orange County (CA) and northern San Diego County.
It will feed tacticals for working incidents. It is intended to provide a reasonable way to follow incidents without the interruption of routine traffic.
