Yes, much of the butel software has issues with RR at this point with no eta on upgrade. What software did you go to?

Butel scanner software
There are also many versions of Butel software that still do not support the recent change with RR. I own two SC230's and have 2 month old (paid for)

UNIDEN | SC230 Handheld Scanner
I'll add that I use two SC230's to feed RR. They have worked very well with no problems. No need for digital (yet ) up here in the North Sacramento
