Marshall Fire Department EMS covers the city of Marshall and central Harrison County with three MICU ambulances. Hallsville Volunteer EMS covers the southwest part of the county with two ambulances. Champion EMS has one ambulance in Harelton to cover the northwest part of the county, and one 4A-4P part time ambulance to assist Waskom VFD/EMS in covering the east part of the county.
