Which include Clarke Electric cooperative, Consumers Energy, East-Central Iowa Rural Electric Cooperative, Eastern Iowa Light and Power Cooperative, Farmers Electric Cooperative, Guthrie County Rural Electric Cooperative, Linn County Rural Electric Cooperative, Maquoketa Valley Electric Cooperative, Midland Power Cooperative, Pella Cooperative Electric Association, South Iowa Municipal Electric Cooperative Association, Southwest Iowa Rural Electric Cooperative, and T.I.P. Rurel Electric Cooperative.

L and O Power Cooperative

L and O Power Cooperative

L&O Power Cooperative is a G&T cooperative formed in 1952 to bring wholesale electric power to the rural electric cooperatives in Lyon and Osceola Counties in northwest Iowa, and Rock and Pipestone counties in southwest Minnesota.

L&O owns and operates approximately 200 miles of transmission line and 20 substations. Power is supplied to L&O by Western Area Power Administration and Basin Electric Power Cooperative..
