The Rocky Mountain National Park is located in north central Colorado. RMNP Dispatch is referred to as "ROMO". The Incident Command Post, or "ICP", coordinates rescue operations. When in the backcounty, park rangers also use satellite cell phones for communications. When called into the park, in addition to their primary communications on the State of Colorado DTRS system, the Estes Park paramedics will be heard coordinating on RMNP EAST Net identifying themselves by their Estes Park radio numbers, such as "Paramedic 410".
