Notes from the Oklahoma Office of  Homeland Security Oklahoma Field Operations Guide:

VCALL 10 is a 7.5 kHz adjacent channel frequency to STATE LG MA; V TAC 11 is a 7.5 kHz adjacent frequency to a statewide Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) frequency (151.130 MHz); and VTAC 12 is an adjacent channel frequency to remote utility monitoring on 154.45625.  Adjacent-channel interference is possible on these frequencies.
