Up for sale is a CDM1250.  I bought this a while back and found out the speaker was not working.  I put off fixing it and now have a new VHF radio, so I'm trying to regain at least a little money for it.  Radio functions 100% besides a lack of audio, I haven't done any testing.  Receives the local weather station, scans properly, etc.

Should be a cheap/simple fix for someone who has the time and patience.  Comes with radio and microphone.
