Hi, do you still have this scanner? I will be honest. I do not know much about scanners. I have 2 of the Radio Shack 164 scanners. I downloaded the software I needed. Now it is or i will say I am LOCKED OUT. I do not have enough brain cells to try to figure it all out. I live in Iopeka Ks and the crime rate is off the charts. Could you also explain in my terms what all is entailed in your scanner. Oh does it come programmed?  Thanks so much! Leisa
