FOR SALE: Regency R4020 100-channel handheld scanner made by Uniden. Bands: 29-54, 118-174, 406-512 MHz. Comes with antenna, original box and packing materials, owners manual, slide-on NiCd battery pack (not holding charge long – but pack can be used to have new battery made) and battery charger. Like new; was used only a few times.  This radio is very clean, in excellent condition and I’m the original owner. Scanner is well taken care of – in a non-smoking residence. I’ve never had any problems with this radio the few times it was used.
