This item includes the motherboard with nVidia chipset and AMD X2 5200+ dual core CPU, 4GB of DDR2 RAM and Zalman heatpipe CPU cooler.  This item was used for approximately 1 1/2 years and then removed from service to be upgraded by a quad core system.  At that time it was functioning 100% and performed well.  As I recall this motherboard supports SATA 1 & 2 and hardware RAID (0, 1, 0 1, 5, and JBOD).  It also supports dual SLI.
