I'm selling a practically new Radio Shack PRO-197 base/mobile scanner. The scanner is in beautiful condition and has barely been used. I have it programmed with most of LAPD's frequencies (through their digital system, so you hear all sides of the conversation), as well as some LASD, LAFD, Beverly Hills PD...etc. This radio is priced mainly for someone living in the Los Angeles Area that doesn't want the hassel of programming those freqs. I would prefer to sell locally, but that is not a requirement. We can discuss shipping options/price if you are not local
