Used, but in good condition.  The radio and screen are scratch free. Includes the UT-85 Tone Decode.  I just noticed that the small clip on the Microphone (on the ethernet-looking end) is broke but the mic stays secure (this is why it is being listen as 'good'.  Bright display (wasn't close to 12V at time of picture).  Radio is a great mobile (I have been using it as a VHF receiver for the last 5 years - better than any scanner!!) Included Mobile mount as well.  Will ship to Canada for an additional $20 US.
