This radio works perfect. But for you will need to have it programmed after purchase. I do not do progamming. It was my radio to monitor the NY Fire Dept. but now I have a newer radio so I don’t need it.

- Motorola IntelliCharge 2 Rapid Charger (will charge both NiCd and NiMH batteries) (Part# RPX4747a) WITH the AC wall transformer (not shown in photos)

- Motorola OEM Vehicular Charger Model # TDN9816A

This heavy duty 12-volt DC charger is ideal for mobile use. It charges portable radio NiCd batteries in rapid-rate charge mode (less than 3 hours) until full charge is obtained and then switches to trickle charge mode. A micro-processor controls the charge rate. This unit comes with a metal mounting bracket. This charger will charge not oly this MT2000 but also HT1000, MTS2000, JT1000, MTX8000, MTX9000, and MTXLS. Comes with the wireharness tail for the unit to make life easy when installing.


-Motorola Public Safety Mic

This public safety speaker microphone includes a 24-inch straight cord assembly, 3.5mm audio jack,  quick disconnect latch, antenna connector and receive audio high/low toggle switch. Use it with an antenna--sold separately. Note: there is no antenna on this mic (I lost it!) You can get one on ebay for 4 about bucks.
