I used this test receiver for a couple years and enjoyed many a time being able to lock on immediately on a nearby signal and monitor it, before scanners had signal detectors built-in them. Was a great resource tool for finding frequencies in local areas, events, or just in a new area if I was just visiting.

Recently, I powered up this unit and it does work and pick up signals. I never did use the GPS feature however. This unit will need new internal batteries as it doesn’t hold a charge anymore, and it appears, since I last used it, audio coming out the speaker is intermittent; however one can get full audio from the audio out using earphones.

I am selling this unit AS-IS and I am sure many of you hands-on guys will fix this baby up in no time flat.

I have the manual for this test receiver (not pictured), but no original box nor antenna.
