We send our feed to RadioReference using ScannerCast by K1PGV

The scanner stream is sending tags that contain the communications talkgroup and radio ID.   What this means is that if you are using WinAMP, iTunes, or some other application that supports tags, you will be able to see more clearly who is talking when they talk.   For instance, if there is traffic on the Sheriff's Dept talkgroup, you will see "SHERIFF 1" show up in Winamp or iTunes when that traffic is being heard.
