listen using other methods such as Windows Media Player, iTunes, or
Winamp, choose your player selection and click the speaker icon to
start listening.
Weekly VoIP SKYWARN and Hurricane Prep Net is held each Saturday evening at 8pm Eastern or 7pm Central time (Sunday 0000z).
This Net activates whenever tropical weather is posing a threat to U.S. mainland.
Status:This feed may have prolonged periods of silence, there is nothing wrong with it. It is mainly active during severe weather events, or for weekly nets on Saturdays.
Primary communication responsibility includes Health & Welfare messages, NTS Traffic, Emergency communication into "Radio Black" areas. Coverage should include most all of NC and surrounding areas.
